Earn your Master of Arts in International Relations in just one year, in Fletcher's industry-leading Global Master of Arts Program (GMAP). This unique, cohort-based hybrid program combines the best of in-person residency sessions with the flexibility of online studies.

This program will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the complex and nuanced intersections among key subject areas including: security, finance, diplomacy, climate, and governance.

  • 1 academic year
  • 8 years of professional experience required
  • No GRE/GMAT scores required 
  • 32 - 42 median age range

Program Highlights

Residencies: GMAP is anchored by three live residency sessions. Past international locations range from Rome and San Jose to Hanoi and Abu Dhabi.

Residency sessions combine coursework and lectures with opportunities to connect with Fletcher alumni and faculty, and to learn from local experts, politicians, and thought leaders during the international session.
