Earn Your Degree Your Way

Our fully online curriculum allows you to fit earning your master’s degree into your busy life. Students can finish their degree in as little as one year if they study full time and in two years if they study part time. We offer an interdisciplinary curriculum of advanced study in nutrition science, global and U.S. food policy, global nutrition programs, and applied research skills.

All inquiring students are eligible for a financial aid discount. Most awards cover 10–30% of tuition.
