Economics (MS)

The Master of Science in Economics provides a deep understanding of the theoretical and empirical foundations of economics. Students develop critical thinking skills and quantitative tools to solve today’s economic, political, and social challenges.

We designed the MS in Mathematics program with flexibility so you can tailor your studies to meet your personal academic and career goals. Focus your degree on pure or applied mathematics—and dig deep into your field, with options to write a thesis and conduct research with a faculty advisor of your choice.

Mathematics Post-Baccalaureate Certificate — Online Summer Term Intensive Option

Earn your mathematics post-bac certificate this summer online. The certificate program can be completed in one summer or started in the summer and completed in the fall. Apply for Fall 2024 and indicate your interest in the Summer intensive on the application by May 1.

We designed the MS in Mathematics program with flexibility so you can tailor your studies to meet your personal academic and career goals. Focus your degree on pure or applied mathematics—and dig deep into your field, with options to write a thesis and conduct research with a faculty advisor of your choice.

This 4-course program is for students with a bachelor's degree (in any field) who would like to expand or deepen their mathematical skills for use in the workplace or in preparation for graduate programs in mathematics. The program is offered in both an on-campus format and an online summer term intensive.
