This is a cross-sector, interdisciplinary leadership degree. It is designed for professionals who want to lead organizational change, advance equity, and design strategy in any context.

  • Built for mid-career professionals already leading teams, programs, or organizations
  • Applicable to any industry—bring your context, apply the frameworks anywhere
  • Ground your leadership in equity frameworks, organizational change theory, and evidence-based practice
  • Tailor your degree through concentrations that match your goals and interests
  • Learn alongside peers from varied sectors

Tailor your degree to what matters most to you.

Core coursework emphasizes leadership theory, organizational change, and equity frameworks, while custom pathways provide opportunities for specialization in applied, skills-based areas.

Choose one of four concentrations—or design a custom pathway that crosses disciplines. Each is built around real leadership challenges in today’s workplace:

  • Organizational Learning & Leadership
Build the skills to lead teams through change, foster cultures of continuous learning, and develop inclusive environments where people and organizations thrive.
  • Negotiation & Communication
Master the art of navigating conflict, building consensus, and communicating with influence—essential skills for leaders who work across sectors and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Sustainable & Impact Investing
Understand how capital can be a force for equity and sustainability. You'll build expertise in ESG analysis, impact measurement, and community-centered investment strategies—preparing you for roles across private, nonprofit, and public sectors.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
Design programs, assess outcomes, and use data to drive decisions. Build your organization’s capacity to evaluate impact and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Or design a custom pathway
Mix coursework across disciplines to build a degree that reflects you and your goals.
