The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences offers merit- and need-based tuition scholarships for qualified, full-time applicants of our master’s programs. In addition, many departments/programs offer research or teaching assistantships with admission.

For International Applicants

  • TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo scores are required, if applicable.
  • If admitted, confirm enrollment by April 15 for fall admission.
  • The Tufts International Center issues visa document forms and offers support.

GRE General Test scores are not required for applicants who will have received a degree from a U.S. or Canadian institution by the time of enrollment. GRE scores are required for all other applicants.
